Educational Goals
Since its founding, our university has presented the of cultivating female leaders equipped with knowledge, virtues, and skills based on Christian values, and established the following three (Educational Goals) :

Talent Cultivation
To achieve the educational purpose of 'Nurturing PLUS-type talents leading social value,' our university defines talent in the following manner: 'professionals with emotional cognitive ability,' 'talents practicing open attitudes and horizontal cooperation,' and 'leaders expanding community spirit.' In the Fourth Mid-to-Long Term Development Plan, the core competencies that "PLUS-type talents" should have are presented as follows:
- Creative Problem Development and Solving Ability:
The ability to identify and solve important social issues based on critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity.
