Eligibility
Mentor: Enrolled 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year students with a GPA of 4.0 or above in the subject. They must be highly motivated and interested in teaching, as well as share the same major as the mentee. They must meet the scholarship criteria: completed at least 14 credits in the previous semester, overall GPA of 3.0 or above, enrolled within 8 semesters.
Mentee: Special types of learners (transfer students, foreign students, etc.) and low academic performers (overall GPA below 2.0 in the previous semester). They must be enrolled in the mentoring course for the current semester and have an overall GPA below 4.0 in the previous semester.

Duration
11 to 12 weeks per semester (adjusted according to the academic schedule)

One mentor and one mentee
Operating Rules
Conduct mentoring activities for at least one hour per week, totaling 10 or more sessions (mandatory)
Both mentors and mentees must submit learning logs for at least 10 sessions (mandatory)
Submit a final activity report after completing the mentoring sessions (mandatory)
Attend preliminary education and mid-term evaluations (mandatory)
Participate in a comprehensive evaluation meeting
Participate in program satisfaction and learning competency surveys

Support
Completers receive 15,000 campus mileage points
Mentors (upon completion) receive an activity fee of 300,000 KRW. They are eligible to manage up to two subjects.
Mentees (upon completion) receive an academic encouragement grant ranging from 100,000 to 300,000 KRW, depending on subject performance
