- Integrated Application Form (Download)

STEP 02 – Screening Criteria and Permitted Working Hours
Screening Criteria
- Attendance rate of at least 70% in the most recent semester
- GPA of at least C (2.0)

STEP 03 – Required Documents
- Part-time Employment Confirmation Form
- Passport / Alien Registration Card
- Academic Transcript and Certificate of Enrollment
- Korean Language Proficiency Certificate
(TOPIK score used as screening criteria) - Copy of Business Registration Certificate
- Copy of Standard Labor Contract
(must include wage and working hours)

STEP 04 – Application Procedure
- Prepare the required documents above
- Visit the International Affairs Team 담당자 for signature confirmation
- Submit the application documents to the relevant Immigration Office
STEP 05 – Important Notes
- If there are changes to the workplace or other application details, the student must report the changes within 15 days by visiting the Immigration Office or through the HiKorea online service.
- Working without permission is considered illegal employment, and both the student and employer may be penalized under Article 18 of the Immigration Control Act.
- Even after receiving permission, violation of the approved conditions (working hours, workplace, etc.) may result in employment restrictions and cancellation of student status under Article 89 of the Immigration Control Act.
